Cancellation Policy
Please be courteous and give 48 hours notice to make any changes to your appointment. I understand that life happens and some things are out of our control therefore, 1 reschedule is allowed before forfeiting your deposit. Any reschedules thereafter will require the service to be paid in full at time of booking.
If you Cancel your appointment completely without rescheduling you are forfeiting your non refundable deposit. No exceptions.
No shows will result in a loss of your non refundable deposit, and should you try to reschedule you will be charged the full amount of the appointment due at time of booking.
